- Quality Check: All products undergo a strict Quality Check (QC) before dispatch. Minor variations in craftsmanship are a hallmark of premium manufacturing, not a defect.
- We reserve the right to limit the sales of our products to any person or geographic region (currently strictly limited to India).

- Order cancellations are only permitted within the 6 to 12-hour processing window.
- Standard delivery takes 7 to 8 days due to our strict quality protocols.
- Returns are strictly governed by our 7-Day Return Policy, and mandatory unboxing videos are required for damaged or defective claims.
