1. Secure Payment Options

2. Order Processing & Cancellations
Once you place an order with ORVTO, it enters our Processing Window which lasts for exactly 6 to 12 hours.
- Cancellation Allowed: You can easily cancel your order only while it is in the "Processing" stage (within the first 6-12 hours).
- No Cancellations After Processing: Once the 6-12 hour window passes, your order status changes and we immediately begin preparing and manufacturing your specific product. Because each piece is personally prepared for you, we cannot accept cancellations once this process has started.
