At Orvto, we focus on extreme quality and minimalist perfection. To ensure a seamless experience for our community, we have designed a direct and transparent policy regarding Shipping, Returns, and Refunds.
1. Shipping & Delivery
Once your order is successfully placed, our team initiates production and dispatch immediately. Your package will be delivered securely to your address within our standard timeline.

2. 7-Day Return & Eligibility
We provide a hassle-free 1-Click Return Request option. You have exactly 7 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To avoid misuse, returns are strictly limited to valid issues as classified below:

3. No Exchange Policy
We operate strictly on a No-Exchange Policy. We do not swap products for different sizes or colors directly. If your return request is approved based on the eligible criteria above, you will receive a refund, and you can place a fresh order for your desired item on our website.
Mandatory Proof Required
Please always record a clear, continuous, and uncut unboxing video when opening your Orvto package. Keep high-quality images of any defects. If our system flags any suspicious activity, we will request this proof. Failure to provide a valid unboxing video or image proof will result in the immediate cancellation of your return request.
4. Refund Process & Timeline
We don't keep you waiting. Once your return request is verified, our logistics agent will pick up the package from your doorstep. Your refund timeline starts the moment the product leaves your hands.

5. 2% Transaction Processing Fee
Whether you pay via Prepaid methods or Cash on Delivery (COD), you are fully eligible for a refund. However, a standard 2% payment gateway / transaction handling fee is automatically deducted from the refund amount. (This fee is only waived if the return is due to a verifiable manufacturing defect from our end).
