At ORVTO, we take pride in the quality of our shoes. However, if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Our return and refund process is designed to be quick and hassle-free.
1. Return Window
You have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, the shoes must be unused, in the same condition that you received them, and in the original packaging.
2. Eligible Conditions for Return
To maintain the highest hygiene and quality standards, we accept returns only under the following specific circumstances:

Wrong Product Received: You ordered a specific color (e.g., Red) but received a different one (e.g., White).

Wrong Size Delivered: You ordered a specific size (e.g., Size 8) but received a different size (e.g., Size 9).

Manufacturing Defects: The product has a visible defect, such as being torn, poorly stitched, or damaged during transit.\

Note: Returns for reasons other than the ones mentioned above (e.g., change of mind) are not acceptable under our current policy.
3. Refund Process
Once we receive your returned item at our facility, our team will inspect it.

Approval: If the return is approved based on the conditions above, we will initiate a refund immediately.

Credit Timeframe: You will receive the credit within 12 to 24 hours. The refund will be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
4. Non-Delivery & Automatic Refunds
If you have placed a prepaid order and do not receive your product due to a logistics error or an issue on our end:

Automatic Review: Our system automatically reviews all orders. If a product remains undelivered 24 to 48 hours after the estimated delivery date, our team will verify and trigger an automatic refund.

Manual Request: While our system is automated, you are always welcome to contact us manually to request a refund once the delivery window has expired.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns

If the return is due to our error (wrong size/color or defect), ORVTO will cover the return shipping costs.
